DELIVERY 

Delivery is complimentary on all uk orders.

Orders are processed the following working day and sent via royal mail recorded next day delivery. You will receive a notification confirming your delivery date.

Made to order item(s) will take longer and will vary dependant on the product. Your delivery date will be notified to you via email.  

International delivery is available for £16. You are responsible for paying any import bills you may receive. You should expect to receive your parcel within 7-14 days. We will ensure all relevant paperwork is sent with your goods, however, we are not responsible for any possible delays going through customs.

RETURNS

A full refund or exchange is available on non-customised items within 7 days of receipt. Items to be returned in the condition received. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, we strongly advise sending recorded delivery.

Made to order items and gift cards are non-refundable.
